Lemon Grove Honored with Healthy Community Award

The City of Lemon Grove was recognized with the "Healthy Community Award" for the second consecutive year at the October 21, 2015 Circulate San Diego Annual Momentum Awards Celebration. The award celebrates mobility, great neighborhoods, connected communities, and sustainable development, while recognizing the achievements of visionary civic leaders and businesses. The award also honors the people, organizations, projects, and initiatives that promote walkable and bikable neighborhoods by connecting communities and creating a healthier, more sustainable, and economically competitive way of life.
